X Games Aspen 2025: Men's Street Style Results
There’s stairs on the slopes. That means only one thing, X Games Aspen Streetstyle competition is about to go down. 2025 has made this new event official, with 2024 being the demo year to try it out. With heavy hitters like Liam Brearley, LJ Henriquez, Pat Fava and Nate Haust, you know it’s going to be a great competition.
X Games Aspen 2025 has already seen the Big Air and Knuckle Huck competitions. Now it’s Street Style’s turn. We are huge fans of hitting features, as you might know with our love of snowboarding on the streets and in urban environments. Now we get to see the heavy hitters throw down in Aspen! Here are some of the top riders to keep an eye on in the Men’s Street Style competition, Liam Brearley, LJ Henriquez, Pat Fava and Nate Haust.
This year in Aspen the X Games street style course consists of dropping in a quarter pipe. From there the riders have some choices. Kicker to level rail, this is more or less on the side of the run. Middle kicker to stairs, which have a down rail, kink rail, and level rail to connect back to down rail (this looks really interesting). Finally on the other side the last kicker to level rail, which can connect to another down rail with a bell on it.
The rules for the Men’s Street Style are as follows, 2 heats of 10 athletes. With a 20 minute Jam Session, where the riders can get as many runs as time permits. The score for the Men’s Street Style is based on judges’ scores. Those judges are made up of some of the top snowboarders and broadcasters in the action sports.
Nate Haust from Massachusetts takes the top spot in heat one, which secures him into the finals. His tricks included lipslide to pretzel and 360 to 5050’s, which were a cut above his competitors in this round.
Liam Brearley has already competed in three events; Big Air, Slopestyle, and Knuckle Huck, and is now hitting the rail features of street style. He brings the heat with gapped out boardslides and creative lines, and gets into the finals, edging out Pat Fava.
Pat Fava, who was favored to not only win his heat, but win the whole event, was ousted at the last minute by Liam Brearley. His riding was solid, but not enough to get him into the finals.
LJ Henriquez, a newcomer to X Games showed his unique flow utilizing different features than most. A prodigy of Zeb Powell, he’s a ball of energy and a name to watch.
Benny Milam’s style is unmatched with the most technical rail riding we’ve seen all day. His confidence and smoothness has him going into the finals.
Frank Jobim, from Canada, showcases his diversity of rail tricks sliding in all directions and switch. His bag of tricks paid off as in Street Style competition, as he makes it into the finals.
Patrick Hoffman, who already secured silver at Knuckle Huck, delivers an entertaining showing with original tricks like a hands over eyes board slide and one footed tricks, but still not enough to make it to finals.
Craig McMorris, doing double duty as an announcer for the other three events, steps away from the mic to participate in this rail jam. With one-footed polejams to wall ride, he proved that he’s a contender, but fell short of qualifying to the finals.

The finals featuring Liam Brearley, Nate Haust, Benny Milam, and Frank Jobim have 10 minutes to stand out to the judges. All four riders are not holding back with pole jam to wall rides, boardslides over gaps, nose presses, and 270s out of boardslides. Every minute there was a new leader based on the last rider and their trick.
In the end Frank Jobim took the X Games Gold medal and ended with a switch back 360 over the huge gap to 5050. Followed by Nate Haust with Silver and Benny Milam sneaking in at the last minute switch boardslide to 270 out to bump Liam down to fourth and taking the Bronze. A very exciting X Games finals for the first official Street Style event!
